A big thank you to all those who supported this year’s Reach the Beach fundraiser. It was a great day full of friends, families and fundraising that brought in over $10,000 dollars. Every tax-deductible cent will go directly towards the fight to Stop Titan Cement. We’ll be posting some photos of the event below. If you have some of your own, please send them and we’ll post them as well!
We have a lot of people and organizations to thank so here we go: To our wonderful Corporate Sponsors: To all the generous vendors that provided food, drink and everything in between: Indian Springs Water, Ollies, Causeway Café, Great Harvest Grains, Tidal Creek, Starbucks Landfall, Lovey’s Natural Foods Market, Omega Sports, and Papa John’s. To the rockin’ bands and dancers*: Blivet, The Jewels, and Suzanne Palmer from Turning the Wheel Drummers* * we owe big apologies for some serious hogging of the mic which kept some of our musicians and dancers from getting their time to perform—next time we promise there will be less talking and more playing, but for now, THANK YOU for giving up your day for this event.
